I would like to start off this post with a Beautiful picture!
This is gorgeous huh?!
:D
As we all know, Thanksgiving came and went last Thursday....and we all ate far too much for our own good. Seriously, I am not exactly proud of the amount of food I downed that day. Impressed/surprised maybe....but not surely not proud. ha! But oh well, I can't dwell on the past!! I am ready for another week of healthy food and working out! Surprisingly I really missed the gym this weekend. I usually LOVE my Saturday and Sunday off, but unfortunately I had to take Thanksgiving off of working out, too. So I had Thursday, Saturday and Sunday off and I cannot wait to work out on Monday! :D
I hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving and weekend like I did!
HUGE ROLLS!!
They were glorious! :D
Fruit salad close up!
We had our Thanksgiving dinner at my grandparent's house. Me, Ryan, Dad, Aunt Jennifer, Grandma and Grandpa P, and my Grandpa's brother all came. The food was delicious! :D It was awesome seeing everyone too!
I really wish I had a picture of it, but every year my dad bakes a few pies: Apple, Pecan and Jack Daniels Chocolate Chip Pecan. My favorite??.....Chocolate Chip Pecan of course! It is absolutely delicious!
The next day I had nothing to do. No work and nobody to hang out with, SO Dad and I just chilled and had dinner. He made something really quite tasty!
It was whole wheat pasta with brussel sprouts and vegetarian "meatballs".
I realize it looks kinda nasty....but it really wasn't! Those "meatballs" are SO GOOD! They are from Costco....love that place :D
By the way, life really has been great lately. Sad to say, but I really don't remember the last time I have felt this good. I absolutely love it and sure hope it continues!
